How much are my annual dues?
  • Annual dues are $500. Pay on or before April 17th to receive a $100 discount. On or before April 17th, pay $400. After April 17th, pay $500.
When must the dues be sent in?
  • The due date for subdivision dues is April 17th, 2026. Additional late fees and administrative fees apply if dues remain unpaid after the due date. Liens are filed with Oakland County for unpaid dues and fees.

Are there any meetings that I must atttend?
  • There is an annual meeting which every homeowner in the subdivision is encouraged to attend. 
  • 2026 Annual Meeting in Late October. Date/Time and Location TBA
When is the garage sale?
  • Our annual garage sale is the first Saturday of June. The 2026 garage sale date is scheduled for Saturday, June 6th, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
